The Student Service Centre is here to help you make the most of your university journey.

We provide information and access to services to support your academic, financial, mental, and physical well-being. If we can’t answer your questions, we’ll connect you with someone who can.

If you have a question about transcripts, course registration, updating your application, financial support and more, look below for the service option that works best for you. Not sure you’re in the right place? We encourage you to visit our reference guide to ensure you’re connecting with the right service option.

As volume of inquiries can vary day-to-day, our availability for in-person and phone services may change. For the most accurate information, we encourage you to confirm our availability and wait times by joining the in-person service queue or the phone queue.

Student Service Portal

Inquiries are answered in the order they are received during our office hours.

If you have a CCID, log into the portal here to submit a general inquiry or service request through the Student Service Portal.

Don’t have a CCID?  Sign up for an account to access the portal and submit a service request or general inquiry.

If you are looking to speak with the Student Service Centre on the phone, join our phone queue to receive a call from a Student Service Advisor within our business hours, on the same day. You will receive text updates, including an estimated wait time, before an advisor calls you.

Submit forms that require the Office of the Registrar to complete a section.
